Workshop Objectives
Work on the qualities of movement (concepts of intensity, speed, weight).
Knowing body discipline techniques such as dance, pantomime, recreational dance, and relaxation.
To know and manage the notion of space: levels and imaginary lines, spatial balance, orientation.
To experience in one’s own body the concepts of: energy, balance, tension, relaxation, alertness.
To know and handle the basic concepts of coordination, dissociation and expression, rhythm and time.
Basic notions of Eutonia: becoming aware of one’s own body and knowing the difficulties one has when facing movement.
Learn basic jumping, turning, balance and relaxation techniques.
Follow choreographic phrases.
Correct posture faults.
Stimulate the student in their abilities.
