Selective Groups UC

Los Grupos Selectivos UC representan a la Dirección de Deportes y a la Universidad en diferentes ambientes de participación, distintos al canal competitivo universitario. These groups have an artistic/sports focus.

Dance, aerobic gymnastics, folklore and hip hop are the disciplines that make up the UC Selective Groups.

These groups have several benefits, such as sports support, certifications and justifications for competitions; a food and transportation scholarship according to the student’s quintile; registration to tournaments and the dissemination of the student’s personal achievements.

These groups also have their own body rooms and an information fair where each group has its own stand. Auditions are held once a year in March.

• Kinesiology, nutrition, physical preparation, free swimming in the pool after evaluation.
• Certifications and justifications for competencies
• Food and transportation scholarship according to the student’s quintile.
• Tournament registration and dissemination of achievements.

BODY ROOMS

The Selective Groups rehearse in body rooms 1 and 2 which are located on the second and third floor respectively.

FAIR

The second week of March an information fair will be held where you will be able to find a variety of information about the Selective Groups. In this fair you will also be able to see different paintings and routines of each of the groups.
