Tennis courts
In the sports area of the San Joaquin campus there are 9 tennis courts available for recreational use. There are clay, asphalt and tile courts, which are differentiated between free and paid.
Tennis courts from 1 to 4 (rental)
These are the clay courts located in front of the gymnasium. Rental hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
There are preferential rates depending on the category, according to the details indicated below.
If you made your reservation through easycancha, you will receive a confirmation email with the account information to which you must transfer the payment.

- Students: $5,000.
- UC Community (teachers or employees, UC Alumni): $6.000.
- Related Public: $7,000.
- External: $12.000.
The values correspond to leases of 1 chronological hour. If they arrive late to use the court, they will only play the remaining time at their previously rented time, without exception.
To suspend a reserved court, notice must be given by mail to deportes@uc.cl at least 48 working hours in advance.
(*) The total number of users shall be exclusively based on the persons named in each item. Otherwise, the General Public cost will be considered.
Tennis courts from 5 to 9 (free reservation)
The reservation of all our free spaces is through the easycancha platform, for which you must follow the following steps:
- Create your account on easycancha.cl and/or download the mobile application.
- Request your recognition as a UC student, officer or academic, to the e-mail rhfredes@uc.cl, indicating your full name, role/position and RUT, attaching a document that validates such condition.
- Once this information has been corroborated by us, you will be able to access and request the venues much faster and with the updated availability on easycancha.
Note
The use of these facilities will be subject to possible suspensions, due to weather conditions, academic activities or others that require the use of these spaces. The above will be informed in advance by mail or telephone as required.
Description: 5 tennis courts (4 tile and one asphalt court).
Users
- UC students: regular undergraduate, master’s, doctoral and exchange students.
- UC Community: UC employees (administrative and academic).
- All persons using the courts must be members of the UC Community.
Requirements
Requires prior registration and a rental fee to use courts 1 to 4.
Discounts and associated agreements
Free for the use of courts 5 to 9. For the use of courts 1 to 4 a fee is required, which is divided into:
- Students: $5,000 CLP
- UC Community (teachers or employees, Alumni UC): $6.000 CLP
- Related Public: $7,000 CLP
- External: $12.000 CLP
