The main objective of this modality is to strengthen in the different students the tools and skills that promote an efficient and effective study and learning process. The development of the Psychoeducational Attention process in this line is heterogeneous, due to the diversity of topics it includes.

The reasons why students initiate a psychoeducational care process in the strategic learning modality include phrases such as:

– “No matter how much time I put into studying, I don’t get the grade I want.”

– “I read, I read and I don’t retain.”

– “I have a lot of things to do and I don’t know how to organize myself.”

– “It’s too hard for me to study, I get distracted by anything.”

– “I want to learn how to study.”

– “I want to improve my grades and feel like I’m learning.”

In an effort to systematize the topics addressed in this modality, the following were selected:

1. Study process

2. Concentration

3. Memorization Strategies
