Integration Dynamics Rookies

The integration for freshmen is one of the main activities of the first semester, which is part of the different initiatives that UC carries out to give a cordial and warm welcome to its new students.

This initiative seeks for 1st year students to get to know each other through different activities in order to establish a first approach with those who will be their classmates and future colleagues.

Through the dynamics it is possible to identify types of leadership, strengths and weaknesses among the students themselves, and for them to learn the importance of teamwork.

The day includes games such as Clock and Hakka, facilitating presentations; Five with Timon and Cleopatra and Ramses, to develop leadership; Castaway, Submarine and Pharaoh of Talismans, focused on strengthening teamwork.
