In our commitment to promoting physical health, we address different levels of interventions to the university community to care for their well-being. Our goal is to provide students with practical tools and knowledge that allow them to make informed decisions for their physical well-being and self-care. Our vision is not only limited to mitigating possible risks, but also aspires to create an environment that fosters autonomy, where each student feels safe and respected in their process of personal growth and development throughout their university life.

Through a variety of resources, activities and programs, we are committed to strengthening the relationship between body and mind, cultivating healthy habits that last beyond the university context. Preventively, we provide individual and community care in terms of disease prevention, sexual health and balanced nutrition; We accompany and provide guidance to student mothers and fathers, and we work for the installation of university policies, such as Smoke-Free UC.
