Co-Curricular Recognition

Ceremony recognizing participation in one of the courses that are part of the Training and Recognition of Co-curricular Activities program.

The 2nd semester process is now open for UC units to apply for more initiatives. The final deadline to send the pre-admissibility information is Monday, September 4, at 23.59 hrs.

According to the application guidelines, it is important for the initiative to make visible and give value to the activities carried out voluntarily, outside their curriculum, and that it is coordinated from an Academic or Service Unit. In addition, it is vital that they have an institutional manager, providing learning opportunities, always with a formative intention.

• Complete the pre-admissibility form. Upon accessing the link, each user must register to access the form.

Important dates

• Closing date for pre-admission applications: Monday, September 4.
• Pre-eligibility assessment: Tuesday, September 5.

Initiatives that have passed the pre-eligibility process may continue to the next application stages.

• Training: Thursday, September 7.
• Application period: September 8 to 28, until 23.59 hrs.
• Admissibility Assessment: Monday, October 2 and Tuesday, October 3.
• Evaluation of the Co-curricular Committee:
  • First session: Thursday, October 25. And information is sent to applicants on the status of their application on Tuesday, October 31.
  • Second session: Thursday, November 9. Information is sent to applicants on the status of their application on Tuesday, November 14.
  • Third session: Thursday, November 23. Information on the status of their application will be sent to applicants on Tuesday, November 28.

Deadline for notification to applicants: Tuesday, November 28th.

Signing of Commitment with Institutional Responsible: Wednesday, December 13.

Co-curricular ceremony: Wednesday, December 20.
