The Anxiety and Stress program is part of the mental health promotion and prevention programs of the DAE's Directorate of Student Health and Welfare. Currently, the team is made up of an outstanding group of psychologists.

Under the slogan “A parenthesis in your life”, in 2014 a team of psychologists from Student Health gave life to the program for the Management of Anxiety, Since then, the program has grown and has incorporated both the approach to stress and sleep, understanding that they are problems that are usually linked to anxiety. With this addition, the Anxiety, Stress and Sleep Program is consolidated with the three themes.

The objective of this team is to intervene in the levels of anxiety, stress and sleep quality of UC students from the promotion and prevention of mental health.

All services offered by the Anxiety, Stress and Sleep Program are open and free to regular undergraduate and graduate students at UC. If you would like to do something specific just for your Academic Unit and if you want to know more about the dates and times of the services listed below, you can contact us at ansiedad@uc.cl.
